Announcing the 2017 SHAO-PKU Bilateral Workshop

We are pleased to announce that the 2017 SHAO-PKU Bilateral Workshop will take place at SHAO on the 24th & 25th of August.  We hope that this workshop will strengthen ties between SHAO and PKU, encourage new friendships, and provide a platform for future collaborations. The following topics will be covered during the workshop:

  •  Planetary systems, planets, and exoplanets
  •  Stars and stellar populations: evolution and dynamics
  •  Supermassive black holes and AGNs
  •  Large-scale structure, galaxy formation and evolution
  •  High-energy astrophysics and compact objects​
